I suggest you open the box immediately after arrival. Two pieces were broken and the company's website did not mention this or similar to the numbered instructions. No one is available in customer service. Too expensive for poor packaging and lack of support. There is one page attachment to the instructions that states in bold four times, "Please, let us help." Do not believe it. I will send them back and go for a Pottery Barn. Update 12/23/10 - two of three broken parts were delivered. Third part is unavailable. Once the vanity was installed, it came apart easily (try not to catch) 5 of 5 people found the following review helpful. Attention in the unfortunate buyer for the money paid for the product, he's cute, though, was drilled wrong and seems poised on one side you can not get the shares plus one.
